Seasonal Slip Application

The Village Marina offers 150+ dock slips with or without electric and water hook ups, tenant only showers and bathrooms, pump-out station, launch ramp, and travel lift services.

 LAUNCH RAMP FEES
$5.00 Per Launch (Tenants: No Charge) 
$50 Unlimited Usage (October 31 through March 1st)
 
TRUCK CRANE 
 Tenants: $150.00 per Usage (plus tax) 
 Non-Tenants $200.00 per Usage (plus tax) 
 
WINTER LAND STORAGE RATES 
 Tenant - $15.00 per foot
 Non Tenant - ​$26 per ft 
Haul In/Out Charges: $5.00 per foot each way. 
Power Washing: $2 per ft
 
SUMMER STORAGE RATES 
 On land:  $26.00 per foot. 

 MISCELLANEOUS RATES AND CHARGES  
SEASONAL RATES:  The Village Marina Seasonal Rates for Summer apply to the period beginning April 15th and continuing through October 30th.  Any seasonal tenants who do not plan to haul out or store with us, and are still in the water after these dates, will be assessed a service charge of $15.00 per day

                      PUMP OUT:  $5.00 Per Pump Out (Tokens available from Dock Master)                        
TRAILER / CRADLE FEE:  Minimum $45.00 Charge includes handling and storage of cradles and trailers. Fee is billed annually with winter storage.
